Revenue Share Site Series Update: Moving to Bi-Weekly Updates

I’d set a plan in motion to deliver a revenue share site series for the month of July. For one reason or another, I didn’t meet that goal. My main reason was the issue with the dog. That completely threw me off track and once I was off, I found it very hard to get back on. In the end, I got part way through the series in the month.

Sometimes we don’t meet our goals. That doesn’t mean we’ve failed. It means we need to look back at what we did wrong and what went right. We need to reassess and figure out a plan to move forward. The worst thing I could do is attempt to either catch up before the end of the month or force myself to try to write daily when I know I can’t do it. Continuing to try with the daily publishing really would make me a failure because I’d constantly miss the mark and disappoint you.

So, I’m changing my posting schedule for August. I’ll continue the revenue share site series, as I know the content has been useful to you and something you want to read. Instead of daily posting, I’ll move to posting twice a week (bi-weekly). This will allow me some breathing room when things go wrong and make sure I set a schedule that I know I can stick to. You’ll get consistent updates on a weekly basis.

I’ll post Mondays and Fridays. I’m also in the process of putting together a plan for email updates. I want to get those out on a weekly basis on a Wednesday, so if you’re signed up, you’ll get three lots of content from me on a weekly basis. The email series is going to take a little longer, as it’s something I’m only just starting work on. My aim is to have it ready for September when the kids go back to school.

I know not getting the updates daily will be disappointing to some. However, daily content can be a little overwhelming for some of you and switching to twice a week will be much better. You’ll still get the same content focused on the same topic. I’ll actually just continue the series that I’ve struggled to keep up with in July.
