Saturday Night Live Season 51 13 Release Time, Host, Musical Guest, and What to Expect

Saturday Night Live

After taking the majority of February off, Saturday Night Live is back, and you will not want to miss out. Things are heating up, as a certain Heated Rivalry star takes over for the night.

The show took the majority of February off due to the Winter Olympics. Now that the sporting event has come to an end, it’s time to return to our regular programming. That means a night packed with comedy sketches, and we’re really hoping that there’s a surprise cameo during the night.

Saturday Night Live Season 51 Episode 13 Release Time

As usual, the episode will air at 11:30 p.m. ET. Check it out tonight, Saturday, Feb. 28 only on NBC.

It will stream the following day on Peacock if you do happen to miss it.

SNL Season 51 Episode 13 Host and Musical Guest

Connor Storrie will take over the hosting duties, hot off his catapulted fame thanks to Heated Rivalry. This means there are sure to be plenty of skits that involve the Canadian hockey romance series, and we are hoping to see his co-star, Hudson Williams, pop up for at least one skit.

We’re also hoping that Storrie will get his own back on Finn Wolfhard for his Harry Potter skit. Maybe there can be a Stranger Things skit thrown in there.

The promo for Storrie’s hosting duties is all about the accents that he’s able to do, and he has an accent duel with James Austin Johnson. Props to the two of them for refusing to do one particular accent, except for when it’s just in one particular character’s voice.

As for the musical guests, Mumford and Sons will take to the stage. This is the fourth time the band has performed on SNL, with their debut taking place back in 2012. The most recent appearance was back in 2018, so it’s certainly been a while for fans!

Saturday Night Live should have a run of new episodes for a while, but there is sure to be another break coming up. So far, Ryan Gosling and Harry Styles are set to host the first two Saturdays of March, respectively. Styles will pull double duty for his March 14 appearance, as he’ll also be the musical guest. Gosling will be joined by Gorillaz during his March 7 episode.

Saturday Night Live airs on Saturdays at 11:30 p.m. ET on NBC, and streams the following day on Peacock.
